LOL! Sorry. :D You picked correctly...

I hear Cecil is always packed with kids in rice. I wouldn't mind making the 260 mile round trip if I can get something like 5 or 6 runs in and don't have to deal with "a lot" of kids.

So what is the real deal on that track? If it's cool and my car is done, I might be able to swing a trip up April 11th.

I've been to Cecil a handful of times, I've never seen it over run with rice or kids. Its a fast track, I always get really good ET's at that track.

As for MD this sunday, I doubt I can go, wifes bday this weekend. I will be at MIR though the following saturday.

Just as well you guys don't see me race I guess. Have to clear the cobwebs, jitters, and all that out and I don't anticipate the best numbers. But we'll see--the weather seems dead on for some near zero DAs...

EVERY TIME I've gone to a Cecil test and tune it's all about a young crotch grabbing gangster wannabes in rice and older muscle--it's not the cars, it's the attitude. No different from a TnT at Capitol Raceway. I go to Capitol sometimes if you can get there early enough (Friday night) when the gates open there are 3-4 runs easy before it gets busy with crap.

That being said, Cecil as a track is very nice and was always very well prepped and run. So for private rentals I'm always there.

Is this on friday nights, or Saturdays. I've only gone to Cecil on a Saturday.

Good point. Wednesday and Friday nights. After the beginning of the season, I thought Saturday TnTs went away, but I guess I should check...

I wish I could make it, we are moving my Sons Girl Friend back to York PA, She was living with us for about 2 years. We are turning her room into an Office so that will be my task this weekend.... I am going to have an office again Woohooo.. :D

Sorry, nothing that dramatic. I'm pissed at the situation--the stars are PERFECTLY aligned for racing today--and I can't take advantage of it. Family is the priority, even though it just pisses me off today because it's last minute as I'm walking out the fucking door helmet in hand. I just didn't need the drama after a 60 hour week...
