Went to the track today, Island Dragway in NJ. Just about perfect weather, the track was in great shape and only a handfull of cars there.
Decided to do some tuning/throttle body testing.
I am currently running an E-mail tune built for a BBK TB, 127300 cams and Kooks headers with CMCV delete plates. The tune was modified toward the end of last year to let the ECU know it has 39 lb injectors. My tuner does not have a data base for the injectors with this tune.
Started the day with the stock TB on the base tune 2% lean WOT.
First two runs I had a problem with hitting the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift using the new shift light. Not sure what was going on there and decided to shift off the stock tach rather than waste time fixing that issue. All runs shifted at 6500 RPM, 5500 launch, no suspension or Tire pressure changes.
Run 1/12.4
Run 2/12.3
Runs 3-8 were clean runs
Run 3 stock TB, base tune 2% lean:

I'll let you guys determine what the GT500 TB on my combo is worth.
As for being able to run 12.1's at a +1200 DA and running 12.1's at a
-1100 DA, today was part of getting that figured out.
