While rain is predicted this weekend for sure, the models I have seen online and TV all show southern MD getting hit, and not necessarily up towards Frederick and Hagerstown. So, if the radar is showing a window of opportunity between 10am-2pm when I check around 9:30, I'm heading to MD and try out these delete plates and tune adjustments...
