I finally secured the DR's that I wanted for over a year. MT 295/45/17's. As you can see, they are a little shorter than my M&H's. My M&H's are a 28" tire, and the MT 295's are 27.17". But, check out the width on these suckers!

Bill (28hopup) was worried about me running on these M&H's. I think they were perfectly fine and I could have gotten at least a couple dozen passes on em, don't ya think?

I have those f*ckers on the car now, and use them for cruising or track--I'm already thinking of selling my street Mach 1 wheels and Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 set. Don't need them. 1.6s all day long. You'll love 'em!!!!

Wow, those look great! I bet they will have good lat traction on the street too. Very cool.

Very nice Todd! Hope to see them on your car soon ;)

Ya know, that diagonal gash on your old DR looks deeper than when I saw it at the track. Considering that you drove home on it, I think you replaced your DR's just in time.

Let me know how it goes...

I have M/T Streets 27x10.5x15's on my Jegs now... may look into DR's to have something safer to drive to/from track.

What size do any of ya'll have successs w/ as far as DR's on 15's (15x8)?

I don't have 15's... yet. I am using M&H 325/45r17 DR's on the street. They are more like 275/45r17's as far as tread width goes, but man they work well.
