do we know anyone running e85 on a NA car?
after talking to Buckman(lance) at the brawl he got me thinking about more octane
and whats the cheaper high octane fuel E85
So what do I need to change my 2005 Gt 4.6 3V to E85?
bigger injectors, bigger(better)fuel pump etc.
how much more power do you think I can get (more octane-more timing)?

I did not try e85, but I did try unleaded 103 octane race fuel. Without making any other mods I was able to adjust the timing and AFR enough to go from 300/307 rwhp/tq to 322/325. It was pretty cool.
I stopped using it because race fuel is made for high CR cars (12.1:1 for ex.). Since I do not have a high CR, the fuel was not burning completely and a build-up of unburnt fuel broke my plugs and O2 sensors so I stopped using it. Well... that and it was $10 a gal.
I don't know what E85 needs compression wise to burn correctly, but I do know that it creates less BTU's than gas, thus requiers more fuel to make the same amount of power as gas.
Some good resarch questions might be...
Is the avg 15% cost saving negated by the extra fuel needed to burn?
Most states only have 10 or less E85 stations, and 9 states do not have it at all. Will you have it available when and where you travel?
What compression ratio is required for the complete burn of E85?
How much more fuel, compression, and spark is needed to get a performance benifit from the fuel in an NA car (if it is even possible), as this will relate directly to cost.
Just some more to think about...

E85 NOT cheaper... you need more VOLUME to run correctly;)

I would talk to Will, (Reman on collective, Redfire on s197). He runs it. You'll need bigger injectors, fuel pump upgrade and I would run a bap just in case. If you go to E98, its like running 113 octane I think.
