Well, I am making my own off-road H-Pipe. It is comming along pretty well so far. I am also installing the rear O2 sensors and Electric Cutouts.

I don't have it installed yet, but I will some time in the next 3 to 4 hours. I will upload some video for those interested.

I also started the car with open headers. All I can say is OMFG! :omg: That thing sounds sick! I hope it sounds that good with the dumps too.

I'll be posting a video of that as well...

Does any one know if I need to retune for the dumps or will the computer adjust for the slight changes? I am assuming I should tune for it, but I don't want to spend 2 hours dickin' around to make 3 lbs of tq and no extra hp.

Thanks,
Spaz

sounds neat... loose hp/tq

I tried open headers, open headers w/ glass packs (NICE!), headers and x pipe, headers xpipe and glasspacks, headers x pipe and manganflow axel backs.

full exhaust .15 faster, 1.5-2mph faster... COULD feel the difference.

Well, it feels way better down low, but I am not sure about the top-end...

I am taking it to the track for some ET's and data logging, so I will find out. It got to dark for the H-Pipe video, but I will make one Wednesday.

Here is the Open Header video...

indeed, ESPECIALLY top end... its as though you can hear/feel the power going right out the damn pipes!
