clip. (not sure how he is doing this )

Yes he is installing a Terminator 4.6L 4v and twin Turbos in the fog light holes.

He also has these body parts. So I am not sure what he is trying to do.

I had no idea the 2010 front clip would blend so well on a 2005-2009 body, that sure has me thinking for when I have my own s197...... :)
