I was there to hang out and support a few customers rides. John, Laura and Ron Leonard.

14 cars raced a bracket style .500 sportsman tree ladder and Ron Leonard won.

It was a very hot day and most were off their usual times but John had some promising runs with his new cam/tune combination. 11's for sure in cooler weather.

It was good to see everyone and meet new people.

from what I saw on FB I doubt anyone had a great day on the strip. too hot

Hot but fun. Lots of water and gatorade, thankfully we had a few canopies up for shade. Everyone was off several tenths. Ron Leonard is the most consistent guy in show business, and if he's off .3-.5 tenths, then we're all off!

Only one breakdown, bent relocation bracket (yep, NOT welded in!!) but it took him about an hour to swap the brackets out and put the LCAs back in the OEM slots.
